Hello,
Whether you live in a house, trailer or a box it will need repair at some point. This is what I do, I can fix most anything. When it comes to housing inside or out.
I will manage your repairs on your rentals such as painting inside and out, wallpaper removal, prepping for winter. Or you just had your renter leave you set with mess. I will come in and do the repairs and get the house prepped for your next tennent.
I have experience in the following fields,

Framing, need a wall moved or replaced or a small addition to your house, or some windows replaced?

Electrical repair, need some recepts added in a differant location? Or you will need new feed wire run into the garage. Or you have a broken switch that needs replacing. We can cover this for you.

Have you had a bad tennent that knocked holes in your walls, or paint or crayon all over the walls. Let me help you with this.

You might need the gutters cleaned, or your deck resealed or even rebuilt. We can do this for you at very reasonable rates.

I strive to do the best for my customers and at the very least cost to you. My rates are very reasonable and I will do my very best to accomodate your needs, whatever they may be.
